  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of puff pastry (2 sheets)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
